Power cut at the NFT

At 5.45pm on Friday 9 February BFI experienced a power cut across the entire NFT site. As a result we unfortunately had to cancel all programmes and events on the evening of Friday 9 February and all day Saturday 10 February. Our catering and ticketing operations were also unable to operate.

We understand now that the power cut occurred as a result of a series of problems with EDF Energy's underground cabling and was completely outside of our control.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you in your visit to the NFT or with any bookings you may have tried to make during the disruption. The site and our ticketing operation are now both functioning normally.
